You can self-book an appointment for any of your desired styles on our website 24/7.  or by calling the salon during our business hours, which are on Tuesdays to Fridays from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturdays from 7:30 am to 4 pm.

If you need assistance with your style before booking online, we recommend scheduling a consultation.

If you need to know the name of the service you desire, please send a picture to 412-339-0219 and allow 24-48 hours for a response during business hours.

To secure your appointment, we kindly request a 30% deposit for most services.  
For our luxurious extension services, a personalized quote will be provided during your consultation.
To proceed with booking, a minimum deposit of 65% of the total quote is required. This deposit ensures we can source the finest materials tailored specifically for your installation. The remaining balance will be due upon the completion of your service. Alternatively, you may choose to pay the full amount upfront after your consultation for a seamless and stress-free experience.

Please note that deposits for custom units, toppers, or hair are non-refundable, as these items are created uniquely for you, and the process starts immediately after we receive a deposit.

We accept all major credit and debit cards for most services. However, braiding services are payable in cash only.

Zelle Deposit Payment Option  For clients who prefer to pay their deposit via Zelle, we recommend sending the deposit as soon as the date and time are confirmed. Since appointments are available online and booked on a first-come, first-served basis, we cannot guarantee your booking until the deposit is received. 
 Please note that this option is available only for clients who choose to pay via Zelle. If the deposit is sent late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, as the spot may no longer be available.  When sending your deposit, please use the Zelle number 412-339-0219. What happens if I am running late?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. You have a 10-minute grace period before a $30 late fee is applied. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule unless the professional's schedule allows for accommodation.

Please kindly note that if you happen to arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed within the remaining time frame. Rest assured, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment promptly. However, if we do not receive any notification from you within the first 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a "No-Show" and your credit card will be charged 50% of the cost of the service scheduled.

If you have standing appointments or a series of pre-scheduled appointments, It's important to note that our cancellation fee policy applies to all clients and all services. However, we understand that there may be extenuating circumstances beyond your control. We take these situations into consideration and will handle them on a case-by-case basis. If you find yourself in such a situation, please don't hesitate to reach out to us so we can discuss the best course of action.

Our goal is to provide exceptional service and accommodate our clients' needs while also respecting the time and efforts of our stylists. We are pleased to accommodate custom units, toppers, and specialty pieces tailored to your desired look and specifications. 
 To initiate any custom request, a 30% commitment retainer is required prior to sourcing and customization. This retainer secures your request and is applied toward your final order total.  
Once your custom selection has been approved, an additional deposit will be required to bring the total production deposit to 50%–65%, depending on the complexity of the unit. Production cannot begin without the required deposit.  The remaining balance is due upon arrival of your unit and prior to installation or release.

All custom pieces are secured and produced specifically per client request. Due to the custom nature of these orders, all deposits are non-refundable.  This structured process ensures an intentional, seamless, and elevated experience for every client.

How do I drop off my wig for my appointment?

• After the second rescheduling, the original deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment.

As a luxury salon that offers exclusive one-on-one service, we request at least 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer that time to another client. Failure to notify us within this time frame will result in a late cancellation charge.

If clients are unsure about a texture, style, or overall look, we encourage taking the time to carefully consider all options before proceeding with the installation. Clients are welcome to consult with a trusted family member or friend during the decision-making process if desired. Our salon is always happy to provide professional guidance and recommendations; however, final approval and selection decisions remain the responsibility of the client prior to the start of the service.

Inspiration photos are used as references only, and final results may vary depending on natural hair texture, density, styling, maintenance, and personal preference.

Because all services are fully customized, pricing is not one-size-fits-all. A personalized price quote will be provided after the consultation based on the desired look, hair selection, installation method, length, density, customization, and overall work required. Once the consultation is completed and the quote is approved, the service process and appointment reservation may move forward accordingly.

Hair extension services are customized services, and once the selected hair is approved and the installation process begins, major texture or style changes, reinstall requests, or complete transformations may require an additional appointment and service fee. What if my appointment was confirmed by text but not yet booked online?

At Zoe Extensions, we deeply respect your time and ours. Once an appointment time is agreed upon through text, call, or direct communication, that time is immediately reserved exclusively for you — even if a confirmation number has not yet been issued or the service details are still being finalized.

Because your time slot is secured and removed from availability, we kindly require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations.  If a cancellation occurs with less than 72 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of $100 will be due.

For appointments scheduled longer than two hours, an additional $50 per hour will apply. The fee may be paid at the time of cancellation or applied to your next appointment if not settled immediately.  This policy allows us to honor the time we reserve for each client and continue providing an elevated, personalized experience.

Unexpected Circumstances   We understand that unforeseen situations can arise. If an emergency or unexpected circumstance prevents you from attending your appointment, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible. Early communication allows us the opportunity to assess the situation and determine how we may best support you.  While policies remain in place, we always aim to lead with professionalism, care, and understanding.

Hair extension services are a partnership between the salon and the client. Our salon is committed to providing high-quality installations, professional guidance, and a luxury experience; however, ongoing care and maintenance are the client’s responsibility after the service is completed.

Regular brushing, proper nighttime care, recommended products, heat protection, and scheduled maintenance appointments are important in preventing tangling, matting, dryness, shedding, tension, or damage. Maintenance timelines may vary depending on the installation method, lifestyle, activity level, natural hair condition, and at-home care routine. Clients who are unable to properly maintain their extensions at home are strongly encouraged to schedule regular in-salon maintenance appointments for professional care and upkeep.

Please note that the salon is not responsible for issues resulting from improper maintenance, neglect, excessive pulling, product misuse, failure to follow aftercare instructions, delayed maintenance appointments, matting, or damage occurring after the service has been completed. Following proper aftercare recommendations is essential to maintaining healthy, beautiful, and long-lasting results.

All extension hair used within our services is carefully selected, customized, and reserved specifically for your installation to ensure a seamless, high-quality result.

While clients are welcome to bring their own hair, we cannot guarantee the outcome, longevity, or overall finish when outside hair is used. By choosing to provide your own hair, you accept full responsibility for its performance.

Hair purchased for installation services is considered part of a customized experience. As part of our preparation process, hair and any related extension materials may be selected, reserved, tailored, or altered in advance. For this reason, items prepared for a service are not eligible for return, refund, transfer, or shipment, and remain allocated to that service.

Hair purchased as standalone retail (without an installation service) is available for pickup or shipping and remains final sale.

If you are unable to proceed with your scheduled installation, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can find the best solution for you. Hair reserved for services will remain under salon care and is not released separately.

After 90 days without communication or scheduling, hair may no longer be eligible for service and may be considered forfeited. We encourage you to reach out as soon as possible so we can guide you through the best next steps. We are unable to accommodate requests for previously reserved hair beyond this timeframe.

Any remaining custom extension hair from your appointment will be carefully packaged, labeled, and reserved exclusively for you. We keep it safely stored under your name so it is available for your future maintenance appointments, should additional hair be needed.  You are always welcome to take your remaining hair home with you. If you choose to leave it with us, simply bring it up at your next appointment, and we will review it together and use it if needed for your maintenance.  Your custom hair, thoughtfully cared for—even after your appointment.

To ensure the highest level of service and a relaxing, therapeutic experience, we ask all clients to carefully review and agree to the following terms before proceeding with their appointment. Your acknowledgment helps us maintain a safe, professional, and transparent experience for everyone.

1. I confirm that I will provide accurate and truthful information to my stylist before starting any service to ensure the best results and avoid complications.

2. I understand that I must follow all pre-procedure and post-procedure care instructions.

3. I understand that for cancellations or rescheduling, I must text 412-339-0219 (no call please) and ensure I receive confirmation from a staff member.  
Cancellation Policy: I acknowledge that cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 72 hours in advance to avoid fees.

4. I acknowledge that the salon does not provide refunds for deposit payments.

5. I release the salon from any liabilities and agree to hold them harmless for any damages, injuries, or accidents that may occur during or after the procedure.

6. I understand that removal of hair extensions must be performed by a professional salon technician or certified extensionist.

7. Respectful Environment: 
As a luxury salon, we prioritize a respectful and peaceful atmosphere. Inappropriate behavior may result in appointment cancellation without refund.

8. Social Media & Communication Policy 
We respectfully request that any concerns regarding products, services, installations, or the overall salon experience be addressed directly with our team and allow us a reasonable opportunity to review and address the matter.

  We carefully select premium-quality hair products, extensions, wigs, toppers, hair systems, and related materials from trusted third-party manufacturers and suppliers.  While we stand behind our installation workmanship and client care, product manufacturing is outside of our direct control. In the event of a suspected manufacturing defect or product-quality concern, the product must be returned to the salon for inspection and review.  Where appropriate, we may work directly with the manufacturer or supplier on the client’s behalf to determine eligibility for replacement, repair, warranty consideration, salon credit, or another available remedy.  Because final determinations regarding manufacturing defects may depend on supplier or manufacturer findings, the salon cannot guarantee any specific outcome, including refunds.

11.-Clients agree to notify the salon as soon as possible if they experience any concerns regarding a product, installation, fit, comfort, maintenance, quality, or overall service experience. Prompt communication allows the salon the best opportunity to evaluate the concern and recommend an appropriate solution. Any resolution will be determined based on the specific circumstances and in accordance with the salon’s policies and procedures.

12- Hair Products & Custom Orders  
All hair extensions, wigs, toppers, hair systems, mesh integration materials, and custom hair orders are final sale. Due to hygiene standards, customization, and product integrity, refunds are not available once products have been ordered, delivered, opened, handled, installed, altered, colored, cut, washed, or removed from their original packaging.
