At Zoe Extensions & Wig Salon, while we do have starting prices for some of our products available online, most of our services are highly customized to meet each client’s specific needs. Pricing is influenced by factors such as headcount, desired style, and individual expectations. We highly recommend that all new clients book a consultation—either in-person or virtual—to discuss your options.
Even for returning clients, if you’re interested in a new hairstyle or look, a consultation is essential to ensure we meet your vision and provide accurate pricing based on your unique needs. This personalized approach ensures that we can give you the best service and results tailored just for you.

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking:

Our appointments are available for a limited time and can be booked by other clients online. To secure your spot, we require a deposit to be paid within 24 hours after booking. Booking and Payment Policy
To secure your appointment, we kindly request a 30% deposit for most services.
For our luxurious extension services, a personalized quote will be provided during your consultation.
To proceed with booking, a minimum deposit of 65% of the total quote is required. This deposit ensures we can source the finest materials tailored specifically for your installation. The remaining balance will be due upon the completion of your service. Alternatively, you may choose to pay the full amount upfront after your consultation for a seamless and stress-free experience.
Please note that deposits for custom units, toppers, or hair are non-refundable, as these items are created uniquely for you, and the process starts immediately after we receive a deposit.
We accept all major credit and debit cards for most services. However, braiding services are payable in cash only.

Zelle Deposit Payment Option For clients who prefer to pay their deposit via Zelle, we recommend sending the deposit as soon as the date and time are confirmed. Since appointments are available online and booked on a first-come, first-served basis, we cannot guarantee your booking until the deposit is received.
Please note that this option is available only for clients who choose to pay via Zelle. If the deposit is sent late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, as the spot may no longer be available. When sending your deposit, please use the Zelle number 412-339-0219. You should see the salon name, Zoe Extension LLC, to confirm the payment destination.
As a luxury salon, we do not send reminders or request clients to pay deposits. Once we confirm your preferred time, please ensure the deposit is sent promptly to secure your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing us!
Yes. If it has been 4 weeks or more since your initial consultation and no appointment was scheduled, we kindly ask that you book a new consultation. This allows us to reassess your hair and ensure we’re providing the most accurate recommendations for your desired look. At Zoe Extensions, every experience is tailored—and your transformation deserves nothing less.
At Zoe Extensions, your time is deeply valued—and so is ours. We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made with at least 72 hours’ notice to allow us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting. If you’re unable to cancel or reschedule within that timeframe, the following fees will apply:
* Changes made 72 hours or more in advance — no fee
* Changes made less than 72 hours in advance — 50% of the service cost
* Same-day changes or missed appointments — 100% of the service cost
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If your appointment involves a full-day service or includes luxury extensions, please contact us as soon as possible. We will take your situation into thoughtful consideration and do our best to support you in rescheduling.
Clients with a card on file will be automatically charged the full service amount for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

For clients with standing or recurring appointments, we will reach out to ensure any applicable fees are paid. If not resolved, future bookings may be removed from the schedule.
Please note If an appointment is missed or canceled with less than 72 hours’ notice, a new booking fee or deposit will be required for any future appointments.

For safety and liability reasons, we generally ask that additional guests not accompany you during your appointment. However, we understand that some clients may wish to bring their spouse for support. Please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.
Children are welcome only if they are receiving a service.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. You have a 10-minute grace period before a $30 late fee is applied. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule unless the professional's schedule allows for accommodation.
Please kindly note that if you happen to arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed within the remaining time frame. Rest assured, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment promptly. However, if we do not receive any notification from you within the first 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a "No-Show" and your credit card will be charged 50% of the cost of the service scheduled.
If you have standing appointments or a series of pre-scheduled appointments, It's important to note that our cancellation fee policy applies to all clients and all services. However, we understand that there may be extenuating circumstances beyond your control. We take these situations into consideration and will handle them on a case-by-case basis. If you find yourself in such a situation, please don't hesitate to reach out to us so we can discuss the best course of action.
Our goal is to provide exceptional service and accommodate our clients' needs while also respecting the time and efforts of our stylists. Custom Units, Toppers & Specialty Orders
• We are pleased to accommodate custom units, toppers, and specialty pieces tailored to your desired look and specifications.
• To initiate any custom request, a 30% commitment retainer is required prior to sourcing and customization. This retainer secures your request and is applied toward your final order total.
• Once your custom selection has been approved, an additional deposit will be required to bring the total production deposit to 50%–65%, depending on the complexity of the unit. Production cannot begin without the required deposit. The remaining balance is due upon arrival of your unit and prior to installation or release.

• All custom pieces are secured and produced specifically per client request. Due to the custom nature of these orders, all deposits are non-refundable. This structured process ensures an intentional, seamless, and elevated experience for every client.
As part of our luxury salon experience, when dropping off your wig, please ring the doorbell at the front of Zoe Extensions Salon. A staff member will greet you and assist you personally. Please ensure your wig is clearly labeled with your full name and phone number. This helps us maintain the highest standard of service.

Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
We understand that life circumstances can change, and we strive to be flexible with our valued clients. However, to ensure fairness and the best service, we have the following guidelines:
• Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment up to two times, subject to availability.
• After the second rescheduling, the original deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment.
• Clients must reschedule their appointment within 2 months of the original date. After this time, a new consultation and deposit will be required to secure a future appointment.
As a luxury salon that offers exclusive one-on-one service, we request at least 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer that time to another client. Failure to notify us within this time frame will result in a late cancellation charge.

We offer a curated selection of high-quality, ethically sourced luxury hair, including Slavic, Remy, raw Cambodian, raw Indian, and Brazilian hair, picked by our in-house design team. We customize based on your texture and preferences, with a range of pricing options. If you have a specific brand or style in mind, we’ll discuss it during your consultation to ensure you get the perfect match.

• Last-Minute Bookings: For appointments scheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice, a payment of at least 80% (or more) is required at the time of booking. In the event of a last-minute cancellation, this payment is non-refundable and will be applied toward the reserved time and preparation made for your service.
• Service Commencement: Once your service has begun, full payment is required, even if you choose not to proceed to completion.

Yes! We can safely remove extensions installed by another stylist and provide a full reinstall.

Please note: if your hair is already breaking or damaged, we cannot be held responsible for prior issues. Our goal is to help as much as possible, but the time required can vary. Services are billed hourly, though we may provide an estimate before starting so you have an idea of the total cost.
