Service Description
Cancellation Policy Cancellation or rescheduling policy: Our stylists’ time is valuable, just like yours. We ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying us of appointment cancellations at least 48hours in advance. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred: • 48hours or more in advance—no fee • Less than 48hours in advance—50% of the cost of services booked • No-shows—100% of the cost of services booked If you have standing appointments or a series of pre-scheduled appointments, we will contact you to pay the assessed cancellation fee. If the cancellation fee is not paid, we will work with your service provider(s) to determine if future appointments should be removed from the appointment book. Cancellation fees apply to all of our services and this policy applies to all clients. Cancellation Policy
All tuition payments are final and non-refundable. Due to the advance preparation required for each masterclass, cancellations are not permitted. Students may reschedule their registration one (1) time by providing at least twenty-one (21) days’ written notice prior to the scheduled class date. Requests received fewer than twenty-one (21) days before the class, failure to attend, or failure to notify ZoeE will result in forfeiture of all tuition payments. Rescheduled classes are subject to availability and must be completed within six (6) months of the original class date.
