Service Description
Our in-studio consultation is the preferred and most accurate way to begin your transformation. During this 30-minute appointment, we will: * Perform a scalp and density assessment * Evaluate hair health and porosity * Provide precision color matching * Recommend the most suitable extension or enhancement method * Discuss custom sourcing (if applicable) * Review maintenance, longevity, and investment For optimal color accuracy and method selection, in-studio consultations are strongly recommended. The consultation fee is non-refundable and credited toward your service when booked within 7 days.
Cancellation Policy
All tuition payments are final and non-refundable. Due to the advance preparation required for each masterclass, cancellations are not permitted. Students may reschedule their registration one (1) time by providing at least twenty-one (21) days’ written notice prior to the scheduled class date. Requests received fewer than twenty-one (21) days before the class, failure to attend, or failure to notify ZoeE will result in forfeiture of all tuition payments. Rescheduled classes are subject to availability and must be completed within six (6) months of the original class date.
