Lace Tint $25 To improve clarity and make it easier for customers to understand our services, we offer the Highly Requested ZoeE Signature full Experience package at a price of $450. This comprehensive package includes a hydrating shampoo set, a specialized treatment for addressing hair loss or providing nourishment, a trim if needed, lace tinting, co-washing hair extension bundles, cutting or trimming extensions, and personalized styling based on your preferences. If you have any allergies to synthetic hair used for braids, please inform us in advance, and we'll be happy to accommodate your needs by using human hair instead. However, please note that there will be an additional charge of $50 for this substitution. If you prefer chemically treated hair, there will be an additional charge of $30. Customer satisfaction is important to us, so please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or specific requests. Cancellation Policy Cancellation or rescheduling policy: Our stylists’ time is valuable, just like yours. We ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying us of appointment cancellations at least 48hours in advance. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred: • 48hours or more in advance—no fee • Less than 48hours in advance—50% of the cost of services booked • No-shows—100% of the cost of services booked If you have standing appointments or a series of pre-scheduled appointments, we will contact you to pay the assessed cancellation fee. If the cancellation fee is not paid, we will work with your service provider(s) to determine if future appointments should be removed from the appointment book. Cancellation fees apply to all of our services and this policy applies to all clients.
