Service Description
Virtual consultations are available for out-of-state clients or those unable to visit the studio. Clients must submit clear photos in natural lighting prior to the appointment. Final color confirmation and installation approval will be completed in person before service. This session includes: * Hair assessment based on submitted photos * Method recommendation * Custom planning and sourcing guidance * Maintenance overview and investment discussion The consultation fee is non-refundable and credited toward your service when booked within 7 days.
Cancellation Policy
All tuition payments are final and non-refundable. Due to the advance preparation required for each masterclass, cancellations are not permitted. Students may reschedule their registration one (1) time by providing at least twenty-one (21) days’ written notice prior to the scheduled class date. Requests received fewer than twenty-one (21) days before the class, failure to attend, or failure to notify ZoeE will result in forfeiture of all tuition payments. Rescheduled classes are subject to availability and must be completed within six (6) months of the original class date.
