Please Note: In-person, hands-on training is strongly preferred, as it provides the most comprehensive learning experience. Virtual training is available upon request. Cancellation Policy
All tuition payments are final and non-refundable. Due to the advance preparation required for each masterclass, cancellations are not permitted. Students may reschedule their registration one (1) time by providing at least twenty-one (21) days’ written notice prior to the scheduled class date. Requests received fewer than twenty-one (21) days before the class, failure to attend, or failure to notify ZoeE will result in forfeiture of all tuition payments. Rescheduled classes are subject to availability and must be completed within six (6) months of the original class date.
